I liked the most the guy on the reception. I think his name is Ricardo. He speaks English, Spanish, French. He really knows how to do his job and is one of the best members of stuff I have met in my life. He made my stay very welcome and pleasant. I am very thankful to him.

Perfect for the price and very clean since we travelled with our 3 year old boy. There is also a 24hours restaurant so we could had dinner even in the late evening. The staff was very kind with us. it’s very good for a stopover in Madrid.

I liked everything! They even gave us a snack and chew toy for our dog. You can't beat that! I've been at hotels that cost more than double the cost of this Ibis and Ibis beat them overall.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Sunday the breakfast was great, Monday there was slightly less selection. Other meals were tasty.

excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean room, nice & friendly staff, not too far from metro station (~15-20 min. on foot), easy checking and checkout
